Default TREC insulated windows

I know its late but one more then off to count sheep.

Proposed SoP say: Report as deficient insulated windows that are obviously fogged or display other evidence of broken seals.

The intention of "obviously fogged" is lost with the second half "or other evidence".

Might as well just say "inspect for failed insulated windows".

Proposed wording sets up the expert to say "Not only does the SoP require reporting of obvious failures it also demands discreet failures be reported. It is common for windows to have discreet failures when observed at an angle against daylight. All obvious and discreet failures must be identified and reported, not just obvious ones."
