That's a problem. Sounds like favoring a certain group of lobbyists.

I think it's pretty interesting how she states my previous point about if we are going to require licensing for one aspect of home inspections, then we should require it for all the others as well such as structural, electrical, etc.
Like it or not, when they pass a law and it is signed by the governor, what they have put into the law is what we all have to abide by. After it is passed, the only way to change that is via the courts (generally a very expensive proposition) with no guarantees of success.

Right. When it is changed. But currently there are no requirements, not even in the "spirit of the law" and for people to go around telling realtors about the requirement the "didn't know about" is unlawful and wrong and alot of other things I don't have time to describe.

If this law doesn't get pulled here before Wednesday, it will die in the Senate committee and never see the light of day.

If it didn't make it the last time, and can't even get pulled out of committee this time...then the likelihood of it coming up again and being passed is low.

The people in the house and senate have shown they don't really have an interest in this and it's even possible that Senator Spanel has been
lobbied to death by those in her district, which includes Bellingham, and she has kept putting this through as a token to keep their mouths shut.

I don't feel this will pass, but if it does I'm prepared for it and have no problems with it.

More fun & games from Lewis "Loser" Capul. From this post it appears to me that Dickhead is attempting to help put Jim Bushart out of business in Missouri, what do you all think? I think it is time for Lewis to be put out to pasture.

Like I said Missouri is more important to me than Florida or even Washington, although I do send some of the same information to people in both Missouri and Florida.

Bushart is much more fun to **** with, at least he has a few brains, you on the other hand, other than leading you into feeding frenzies and making stupid ****ing statements on the message board, are a waste of time, just like others say on other message boards.

I do have to admit that you and Bushart have a loyal little group of near idiots that seem to be very loyal. But it doesn't seem to include any inspectors from my area, other than Wendy of course, you, Bushart, and Wendy, the three stooges of NACHI, my bet is that you find James much more "attractive" than Wendy.

I like your PM's, although you seem to have mellowed out, I collect all your little groups PM's and emails, and when Farsetta "warns" me about ****ing with you, I forward them all to him just to demonstrate the Hypocrisy of his warnings, it doesn't accomplish anything, but he has a hard time arguing about what I do and say knowing that these messages exist, others are simply entertained with them.

I guess I could turn off my "boxes" like Bushart, but then what would you and your little group of fools have to do, and how would I gauge how much I have irritated you.

So come out the closet Joe, live your dream, stick it up some guys ***, like you probably have been doing for most of your life.

Peter,

Why don't you read through what Lewis posted? Do you find it appropriate?

Too Bad it wasn't a POST isn't it Joe, you wouldn't be "stretching the truth" or lying again would you, you failed to mention that what I wrote was in reply to another of your wonderful PM's

Hey Dickhead What's Up?
Been trying to **** up your green boxes, but it says that I have to spread it around before I can **** you again... So, I've been looking at all of the folks you antagonize and promoting their green boxes just so I can stick it up your *** again.

As always Dickhead, kiss my *** forever.

Changing the clock back and forth is a good thing because it reminds people how stupid and nonsensical goverment dictates can be.
BTW Licensing Solves Nothing.
And what's wrong with showing as much interest in Missouri or Florida as Bushart and you have shown in Washington, and why are you always so interested in 'sticking up some guys *****" Joe, is that a fantasy or a habit, come on out of the closet.

For those of you upset about these Posts, find where I made the post Burkeson claims I made, it was a Reply to a PM he sent me, I'm sure you wouldn't want to see the other ones he has sent, several of you have gotten similar. He doesn't have enough brains to even make a good argument so he resorts to name calling and profanity like some little kid.

And not suprisingly, no one from the ESOP Committee ever says a thing, another example if Bushart's Case by Case Ethics.

Maybe I should start a thread "Burkeson's Emails and Private Messages" down in the Not for everyone forum, several of us have quite a collection.

Did you make a complaint about it? Formally?

If you made a formal complaint they would treat you no differently than anyone else. But they don't go around playing cop.

If you want someone to take you seriously however, you can't respond in kind. That's the difference. If you play the game, you'll get burned. I never played the game. I might trade posts, but I never privately email filth.

You must have missed it when Bushart was playing Cop for you the other day, why don't you try filing a formal compalnt against one of Bushart's Pack, they have a different COE than the rest of us.

Go back to SB5788, although I have other priorities, the Bill is more important than Bushart and Burkesons attempts to disrupt the thread.

Don't even you find it odd that the two JB's spend so much time in our thread and hardly any in their own States? Maybe they're too well known there.

Bill 5788 was pulled for a floor vote and will probably be bill #4 for voting (or at least in the top 10) when the Senate returns on Monday morning. In order to speed things up, it will most likely have the 2nd and 3rd readings combined like many other bills. The only floor debate we might see is regarding the make up of the Board.

In my opinion, it will sail through with a yea vote of 43+ out of 49. Then on to the House where there will be little if any debate and few if any changes.

What is funny is that I call you a dickhead, while you diligently work against your brother & sister NACHI members to put them out of business through licensing legislation. It just ain't the same thing now is it dickhead?
