Default typo in florida application

Spoke with Rick Morrison of DBPR this morning and the part which refers to all provisions for grandfathering having had to be completed by july 1 2010 is indeed a typo and is being changed today. The actual deadline is march 2011.

At least they did not have a typo in the law and refused to fix it, unlike Kansas.
Sad but true.
