Maybe I haven’t noticed it before, but there is a typo in the On-Line Agreement.
Item #2 …“CLIENT understands that the INSPECTOR will NOT be testing for the presence of radon ?”…
I believe the question mark should be a comma.
I went back to my past agreements and it looks like the “?” came into being between March 6th and 11th.
Just passing the information along.

Hi! Thanks for pointing out the error. I just fixed it - it looks like a character encoding bug from our recent server migration.

Thank you for the books. I received them today.
I made the post to let the other members know of the error and to correct it prior to sending out the agreement. It never crossed my mind that I would receive such a gift. It is appreciated and I thank you for all the hard work you do for the membership.
