Default washington state standards of practice
The home inspector boards just released an set of answers to previously asked questions and a new draft of the standards of practice. I am trying to figure out how to attach the pdf's to this post

Thanks for posting the SOP and explanatory statement. The PDFs worked.
It is interesting to read the questions and responses.

A quick read. Seems you must report EVERY defect regardless of how minor. If ya gotta have rules its a start.

The States answers are circular. May ask better questions.
