The draft of the Sunrise Review is out and it is recommending licensing. I tried to upload it to this thread but it is too large.

Keep an I on http://www.dol.wa.gov/about/sunrise.html because they are planning on posting it there but I don't know when.

I have read the 96 pages, would think it will benefit us all, but should try to get the state to NOT write its own test, I helped on the pest inspectors recent rewrite and am not sure that was the best process.
