This is not anything unusual. Order 3 books from Amazon, they all get delivered separately in separate boxes.

So...is this information still correct? If not, how did it come to be represented that the filters were delivered when they were not? Is the person being fired the person who provided you with this incorrect information?

They thought they shipped all 3, only shipped 2 then one yesterday. Now granted it is a new operation but this sort of stuff drives me nuts.

Who provided the phony UPS data?

They didn't have any UPS data for the 3rd filter as it wasn't shipped till yesterday.

They are not my staff. My staff ALL work in the same big room with me, every day, without doors, walls, or dividers, and operation errors under my domain are very few and far between so I'm not used to suffering these types of problems.

Now granted CorrectFilters is a very new operation, but I thought we hit the ground running smooth. I was wrong. I'll have it fixed by 11am tomorrow.

Each filter is custom cut to size and drop shipped by our outside supplier.

Our supplier will have to find a way to assure us that they can get caught up to our level by Thursday late morning or I'll be in the filter supplying, cutting, and shipping business by Friday night.
