I have a creme-puff Florida home inspector license that was only driven once... directly into the heart of the Florida home inspection market.

I would be glad to ship it no-deposit no-return to Alberta, the ink is barely dry and is bound to keep you warm & cozy on those long cold Canadian nights, nod-nod, wink-wink.
