I just used Ben's heat exchanger video (free) to explain to a lawyer why a cracked heat exchanger is not part of what am HI should be able to find.

A picture tells a thousand words, and a video has way more than a thousand pictures. That's a LOT of words.

That is why I say that they should be able to see "a short version"

Willl .... With All due respect...... Why should ASHI and NAHI members "Buy the Cow" when they can have the milk for free?

• Answer?....... No one in their right mind would spend money on something that they can get for free with just a few clicks of their "mouse"!.
