Default Another beautiful retaining wall

Do you all see anything wrong with this 7 year old wall?

Is it sagging on the top or is that a fish eye effect on the camera?

Yes, it is sagging quite a bit.

The builder installed the front lower wall just fine, but when he installed the rear wall (which is about ten feet behind the front lower wall) it appears that the footing area wasn't prepped properly (weak footing). The center portion of this wall simply settled into the grading.
