This is a shame. The house is only four years old. Where are the local AHJ's. Someone needs sued beside the HI.

That's the new "floating" deck... designed to prevent damage from frost heaving...
Also... doubles as an "emergency raft" during periods of heavy rainfall when located within a "500 year flood plain".
