Default Backyard ponds... do we add the pool safety verbiage?

I have a client with a pretty big fish pond..
Ive never seen one with a pool fence around it.
But a child definitely could drown in this pond.
Anybody have any experience with this ?

Yep.

Note its existence and location.

Note its approximate size and apparent function (or non-function).

Disclaim its inspection.

Note it as a drowning hazard.

Always report water hazards on the property. . .
