Default Balcony slope...how much is too much?

What should the slope be on solid surface (tiled) balcony be? The homeowner is concerned because he believes the patio slopes too much. He's had no luck getting the builder to change anything (it was be a very expensive undertaking at this point). In the attached photo, you can see the balcony from a distance. I measured it and it has a slope away from the house of 1.25 to 1.5" over a 4 foot span. That equates to a maximum of .375" per foot. Is there any code that addresses this?

There's information here but the only potential issue for an excessive patio slope might be when a handicap access is needed.

An eight of an inch per foot would be normal if the balcony floor is concrete. If it's anything else, who knows? Hey if that were my house, I'd want it to be 45 degrees to make it easier for me to commit suicide. It is YOU-GLEE.
