After viewing the photographs I'm not certain that there is a end all fix all solution. But with that said the roof is a simple hip and is not part of the problem. Notice that above the crawl space vents the organic growth is not as prominent as it is in other areas (alas ventilation).
My judgement is that the home is not properly insulated and has a deficient vapor barrier which is allowing conditioned air too vaporise on the back side of the stone work. I could not tell from the pictures what type if any roof ventilation is installed. If there is no attic ventilation a simple fix could be too install soffit vents which would allow conditioned air to rise through the space between the frame wall and the stone and be dispersed to the exterior before vaporizing

I have come to find out that Insulation was not installed in homes made of Stone and Brick in the 60's. This past weekend i cut more vents in the soffit so i could install Baffles for when i blow insulation in the attic. My roof only has 4 roof vents, I know i need to add 2-3 more. So your theory could be part of the problem also. Like i said in a earlier post there was no vapor barrier under the house for almost 3 years . So that could be a reason too. I'm sure there's not just one reason it's doing this. It's probably a mulititude of things.

What is the easiest way to clean mold? Will soap and water work?

I vent for every 300-400 sq." of attic.
This is a very good vent.
A roofer can install it with little problems.
I do not like low profile venting myself. Ineffective and covers with snow easily.

The vents I bought at Lowe's say 1 for every 150 sq ft of attic space. My home is 1000sq ft. I currently have 4 of them on the roof.

Did they install weep holes in the stone? Looks to me like that is the problem. Or the lack of weep hole is.

There you go.
OK.
French drain . 3 feet wide 6 feet down of level with the footprint.
Wash the wall wish high pressure 3000 psi and a cement scrub. It will take of contaminants. You will have to scrub with an aggressive plastic or nylon brush " floor brush." poll with a 12-14-16 inch brush at the end.
I use dimple board and ram-set to wall or blue-skin. Its a job and you have to know what to do..
You use asphalt bitumen compound.
http://www.appliedtechnologies.com/h...pproofing.html
Let foundation dry out and use anti damp. Your asphalt product. Its messy. By a plastic overalls.
There are several products.
When you are ready I will be there.
You can rent a small excavator of find some one.
Plan on 5 to 7 working days for 2 sides.
Do 2 sides now and 2 in the fall.
You have to get hydro, bell, water works to paint your undergraound services.
You brake you pay big time.
