The 30 year old brick condo has a 1.25" gap at the top of the wood framed window and a .5" gap down both sides. All windows are more or less the same. Any idea why? Thanks in advance. Rob Seuss.

Sounds like the window replacement was not modular brick size or the other way around, pictures would help./

It sounds like the window installer forgot to bring his break with him and then never came back to finish the job.
