So Dale, are you saying this one was done right because of the control joints?

The only thing that caught my eye was the caulking joint around the window and seems like the window sill is buried in the finish.

Just curious.

He only found them on one window thats why there is only 1 picture!

---))).....oh that's funny Marcel...Gosh, this stucco is fabulous compared to most..!!...control joints, unheard of here--:)------...let her crack all to hell, the builders don't care, but they do put control joints in their homes---

The window is a stationary one, we put "Sun Screens" on EVERYTHING here ))

So there are no weep holes in the window frame....and there is no caulk around the window, their just junk aluminum framed jobbie's made in Phoenix )...for Phoenix, and the desert southwest..!!---...with stucco right too the frame (or over the frame a lot of times ), no caulk, backer rods, no nothing---

I would not want them in a house in Maine----

Or the folks who install them working for me either...no speekie eingee----
