Default Condo construction
Being asked to do condo phase inspections at rough in and final for exterior only roof, siding etc. that condo association will be responsible for, anyone out there doing these? How much charging?

How many units are you quoting?
I would not do anything unless they buy the complete final inspection.
Most E&O insurance only covers the final after the CO is issued.
