Default Is the correct term for this type of roof

Is the correct term for this type of roof called a polyvinyl chloride roof?

hard to be certain from your photos if it's PVC or TPO
if it's a fairly recent system probably PVC
regardless ponding on any system is not a good thing, duh
if polyvinyl chloride most just use the term PVC

Thanks Barry, Thats what I thought. Only have seen 2 or 3 of these. Ponding looks to be bad, but of course the scuppers are built up to high and there are internal drains which usually allow water to pond around them too.
