dark stains on the stucco walls?

Could you please comment on the dark stains on the light color stucco walls of the house in the photo? front and side of the house. is it simply stains left by the rain, or an indication of moisture problem behind the wall? thanks.

From here it looks like moisture problems, not just stains left from rain. But that's from here. Start by using a moisture meter.

What we really need is an in-person pic from 3 to 5 feet away in the best resolution possible. Basically, the pic needs to be as if we were there in person.
