Do you guys report debris under the house. In this instance I found some old insulation in the crawl space I wrote it up would you guys have written it up?

A can or bottle, no. An old furnace, water heater, or lots of insulation, old ducts, etc. yes. If it's significant enough to include, I say it could be a haven for rodents.

I tend to see a lot of wood stored underneath. Nice haven for termites. I always write up significant debris.

Wood, cardboard, etc....definitely. But again, not a very small piece.

Did the insulation fall down from moisture or lack of ventilation or is it extra?
