Default Diverters--:)) what's that?

One year warranty today, they simply will never get it----

At least there is a Bird slowing the water down a little in one location, for the life of me I don't understand why the bird didn't build the nest in the hole though---

Dale, it's a sunbird.

In fairness to the builders, when they're out there working in a 100 plus heat at 10 a.m. and it hasn't rained in about 2 months, water, except for drinking, is probably the last thing on their mind.

I guess we can laugh, but it really isn't all that funny to the owners when it does rain and water's running down their living room wall.

It's a little nuts that there's flashing problems on 90% of the buildings you inspect.
