I think Brian Kelly has the most knowledge about Barbecue design.

He had the folks rip his apart three or four times before they got it right...!

I think location and door installation wasn't their strong points in design... ...if I remember correctly.... ....I was laughing so hard when he showed me.!

I'm sure Brian will give you some great ideas though........ ...

But he had to fill his Pool in so he could use it................
