Default Does tar count as flashing?

James, fortunately my client didn't buy that house and called me 3 weeks later to do another inspection for him.

That's the kind of business I like.

Some days are like that.

I wonder what they were trying to do with all that tar did they keep as much water out as they trapped in?

Carl the house was a mess.

Moisture and water damage in numerous places. What a surprise.

On top of that it had an FP electrical panel.
