Just curious how do some of you inspectors write these up . This was
a pipe on outside exterrior and there was some excavation but really no problems other than that looks of it and water ponding in this area . see pic Last edited by tvargas; 5/7/11 at 10:31 AM.. |

Where was the water intrusion? Looks like an abandoned pipe in the yard, function unknown, further investigation would be warranted to identify it's purpose.

Thanks guys and Marcel what i meant was water seeping and ponding in this area causing cement cracks ect.. Thanks
