Default FHA foundation inspection

Got a call from a bank in Washington state asking if I can do a certified FHA foundation inspection.

Can anyone tell me what this involves?

I declined but am interested.

I have been contacted to do these inspections by an engineer down here in the keys. I have done about three or four in the past three weeks, the inspection is usually on a mobile home. a lot of what is needed is photos of the elevations, the pier system that the home is sittting on, how it is straped to the ground, how far apart the straps on, is it to code the local code, and so on. there is a standardized list of what to look at and what to approve.

If I am wrong please let me know so I can correct how I am doing these inspections.
