How would you report on a home that was built in 1966 pertaining to a missing auto closure at the fire door entry from the garage to the house.

Would you report as a safety issue?

Not required when built but is now required?

Not mention it in your report?

Safety issue needs an automatic door closer and metal door correctly casketed .

Casketed. You mean if they dont install an auto closure they will need to make arrangements with the undertaker for a casket?

I guess this is not a word and spell check fixed it to a proper word .
