First inspection. Take a look

Well, after tagging along on some inspections, I finally did my own. I really enjoyed it. Besides the LP siding that was already disclosed, here is what I found. Comments?

I mostly found problems on the roof. I'm stil ltrying to decide on what software I want to use. I haven't found one that I really like yet.
