Flat or rolled roof comments?
I did a inspection on a row home that had three levels flat roofing. No leaks were detected in any of the ceilings and all of the coverings looks to be in good shape(no water ponding,excessive cracking), however does anyone have a set comment (roof will require periodic maintenance)etc...any help would be greatly appreciated.!!
