Default Garage door opener Question

Anybody seen a garage door opener part such as this?

The idrive does not require safety sensors as long as the door is one of the pinch-resistant models. The force reverse should feel really nice since the forces are mapped along the entire travel in memory with the extra 10-12 lbs or so added to each point during the setup phase. Look for proper wiring in the attic since these need an outlet in a different location than typical.
