Roy.

My Filipno buddies call goat "galding" while my Hawaiian friends call it "pikote".
Don't know how many teats they have, but I'll try and guess-2?

WE smoke it, put on spit, cook in the ground Imu style, jerky is good too.

Never wrestle with a pig (however titled) as you just get dirty and the pig has all the fun.

I'll confirm that Goats have two teats.

As to the only Canadian Chicken that would have to be Dalton McGuinty!

Crop rotation is where a different crop is planted next year.

Monsanto may have sold us all down the river with the genetic modification. Now we have a 50% loss in the honeybee population from the 1950's and we easily could be looking at a 3/4 loss in food production world wide, which would lead to world wide loss of cattle, poultry, and other dependant species.

Monsanto decided years ago to corner the seed market and modified seed to be non-germinating so that the farmer and even home grower would be required to buy new seed each year rather than save seed as they had been doing for centuries. Only those who save heirloom seeds have been able to preserve a few thousand varieties and they may be our only hope.

A few years ago I worked at the World Seed Bank which preserves all of these heirloom seeds, some over 200 years old, in Port Townsend Washington. Then a couple years ago four youth decided it would be fun to burn the building down so we lost all of those thousands of years of seeds. Slowly they are rebuilding through donations, but it was a horrid loss and makes Monsanto's crime all the more glaring.
