I've seen additions onto mobile homes but never one like this before. Would be an interesting inspection.

Your inspection should be finished from the photograph since it is a gross violation of HUD and ICC standards for any alteration to the structural members of a manufactured home and it will require a complete electrical and structural engineering evaluation.

Here's another example of a trailer/house in Alaska. No building codes. A beautiful normal home was next door. This was also constructed using local timber, small trees.

What does an Arkansas divorce and a tornado have in common. Somebody is going to lose a mobiiiil home.
