Heat Damage siding

What would cause this HEAT damage to this siding? It is on the west side of house between windows. NO BBQ grill in area. 8 foot off ground.

Do you think the heat damage is coming from the reflection off the windows?

Probably from windows and maybe from the neighbor's windows.

Hard to say with the limited view pictures.

Had an identical thread a year or so ago about melting vinyl siding. Turns out the windows from the neighbors home was doing it. Myself and another inspector were shooting the breeze a couple week ago while standing between two white vehicles. Both of us got burned to a frizzle in a very short time. That reflective heat is bad JuJu.
