Had a good turn out tonight.
Mike Galasinski was the reason.

He is with "Arrow Masonry" and gave us a good talk on Brick and Masonry issues that todays Inspector is likely to encounter.

Two non-members that showed up were there to hear what he had to say hoping they might learn something to help them, as their 1998 built building has water intrusion issues thanks in part to the single wythe CMU walls with furring strips attached directly to the inside as support for the drywall.
They were invited by Will Decker the former chapter president.

They are looking at spending tons of cash to make corrections in this 6 unit Condo Property building.

We also had one of our newest members along with a visitor thinking of joining the clan.

President Chris Kirkman brought along a new Convention style display board that was bought for the chapter to do shows and can be seen in the picture below.

Also announced was the new host for the chapter web site will be "Dominic Marcic" the Home Inspector Pro Guru responsible for the best Inspector sites in the business.
