Because i am not a member or inspector i cant post pics but would like your thoughts please.

1998 stucco concrete poured slab issues.

1. garage concrete floor moves when car is driven in and out of garage
2. patio sidewalk concrete leads to front door moves when dirt around it is wet up/down with pressure
3.above garage where header is if that is what its called is sagging in the middle
4. crack all around in various vinyl windows around the top of the like seperation
any help is appreciated.
