Default Kickouts

Do you think there might be some water intrusion at this roof-wall junction. What is the BLACK fuzzy stuff growing on the underneath side of the EFIS?

Lack of attention to flashing details..............
I love how people think that caulking (and duct tape) will solve everything.

Yes Sir!

All cladding's need kickout diverter's.


Someone needs to point this fact out to the roofing contractors.
