Default Leaking house
First photo is water leaking from behind the stucco at incoming electrical service. Second photo on the inside wall. This leak was repaired two years ago. The house is six years old. OUCH!!!!

Fora $800,000 six year old house. This area is 20 feet from the roof, so guess what might be in between the walls.
