LOOK AT HOW THE ARCH IS NOT CONTINUED. PLUS THE BRICK IS LIGHTER. AND THE TUCK POINTING IS FAILING ALREADY...
I wonder why they did it this way... kinda ugly.
I sure hope they saved a few dollars...

The gray brick facing looks like a thin coat of cement. Repair job?

Lousy tuck pointing,and no doubt the foundation wall in the basement is wet.

But was there anything not normal?
