Default Lintel Sag Formula

new construction (2 years) old
The lintel has a sag.
What's the formula for determining the sag is acceptable/unacceptable?

Was there additional information, like cracked brick/mortar, etc., visible?

Lintel design information may be found in Technical Notes

Something is going on there. It should not sag that much on that new of home. It will only get worse. I would call it out, refer it to a structural engineer and move one.
