I am not a lover of steel roofs as too many are installed incorrectly .

Yes I know they last 3 times a long as asphalt but when you go to sell the home they get no more money then if it was asphalt shingles .
Most people in this part of Canada move every 8 years .
Yes you need guards in my openion
