I inspected new construction / property yesterday and during the roof inspection I noticed the gutters were missing extensions/downspouts at the roof area. I would like to know if this is standard in new construction. Take a look at the two photos and let me know what you think.
No, should have downspouts to gutter bellow, some shingle MFG will void the warranty for what you found.
