Default Patio beams, metal straps...questions
Patio was constructed with large beams...Where
the beams sit on the ledger board..the straps look
small and they are not bolted.....is the a safety issue?

I would say yes and I can no see any Flashing over the ledger board or beams ,water gets behind and decay is coming .
