Default Ped Door From Home Into Garage Opens into Garage?
Inspected a home the ped door from home into garage opens into the garage. Must say this is the first one I have seen like this! Looking through reference material and haven't found any thing that says this is not OK! Can anyone help with this one? Need and answer fast...

He's asking about a pedestrian door swinging into the garage rather than swinging into the house. I think the IRC is silent on swing direction.

Should not open over steps without a landing.
