Default Rcognizing approved PT Deck Fasteners

Found a List of Fasteners and Manufactures that are approved for use in deck building using Pressure Treated Lumber.
I thought it might be usefull to some so as to recognize a few in Inspections in the future.
Some may already have this.

I just hired a contractor to build a deck for my pool. If I went with composite decking (which I'm not) the stainless steel fasteners would add an extra $500 to the cost.

Must be a big deck Linus, 2-1/4" stainless square drive are $130 per 1000

GRK fasteners are about $8.75 per lb.

These hear are in the $5.00+ range and good for PT.

It's 500 s.f. We got quotes from $6k-$12k. The boss wants cedar. I like the look of cedar. She's paying for the work and I have been hired to be the Assistant General Superintendent.

Wow, that is a good size deck and price Linus.
You might want to consider useing concealed fasteners like down the line of these;

Don't know the price, but can't be anymore than stainless screws.

We had a 2nd storey 840 sq. ft. plus cedar deck. To keep the look of cedar takes maintenance...galore...enjoy!

Linus you might want to go with treated wood, try this. It's good stuff, the cedar tone looks great.
