Welcome. Just found these myself nosing around looking for something for myself and thought I ought to share the info with the rest of the NACHI inspectors. I never knew "roofery" was a real word but I've been known to use the word "nunery" too instead of convent. Mind you it doesn't come up often in conversation as well it shouldn't.
