Ridge vent end caps
This was on a new build I inspected the other day. I thought I would share this.
Builder is claiming this is normal and common practice.

It makes me wonder what else he cut corners with. They are not that expense to begin with.

$1.60 each plus tax at HD or Lowes. Of course now that they boogered up the ends you would play hell getting one in and fitting right.
