Default Roof Inspection
I inspected this house today the seller was present. He said he would save me time and let me know the roof was fine. I checked it anyhow.

a power wash will kill a shake roof....from ur 2 photos this roof is far from needing that!

most of the time a power wash will put pin holes in the felt paper and well from there you know the rest of the story
