Hawaii is the Happy State I've been to Oahu and Maui about 8 times, mostly Oahu, when I was in the Navy. Paradise.

This was a builders personal home that he finished two years ago. Last year he did the math and just walked away (after taking all the highend light fixtures). Great deal for the buyer.
