Can anyone confirm if safety locks should be installed on windows in a high rise condo unit? The common building was built in 2006.
My thought is to point out the potential safety hazard for those that are missing, and recommend repair as needed. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jonathan Jonathan N. If a child could fall out or even a person I would at least put in my report that window locks are highly recommended. You can check out this web site also

Thank you Ronald for the informative website. Children falling out of a window on a high rise building was the primary reason I posted this.
I appreciate the information. Thanks Jonathan Jonathan N. Leahy President A Rock Solid Home Inspection, LLC. www.arocksolidhome.com 303-718-7779 Residential Home Inspections, Radon Testing, Mold Inspections |
