I don't care for those things.

I also make a great lemon-orange sauce and an apricot sauce that I use with pork loins.

And I make the best "Shepherd's Pie" this side of Austrailia...

...or so I am told by my wife who has spent a good deal of time in Austrailia eating Sheperd's Pie.

Jae, I agree too. We see a lot of chimney chases damaged from water. Its good to know there are inspectors like you and others who are out there educating homeowners. Keep up the good work eveyone! -Tom
