Default Should this be flashed
This home is going to be stucco'd and part of the roof is on. Should this edge be flashed? Also should the niches be flashed somehow?

Plus this roof only has one scupper on part of it. The area it serves is approx 15 feet from scupper to the parapet to the right and the length from where picture was taken was approx 25 feet. Seems to me that one scupper will not allow much water to drain in case of a major down pour
